The pilot program included 21 girls from 4 schools in Newcastle, South Africa. This 90 day program was comprised of daily micro-activities embodying leadership, weekly team-building, and training from experts worldwide via video calls. The focus was on every girl discovering her unique gifts, stretching out of her comfort zone, and integrating the leadership skills she learned into her daily life. Graduation day was a proud moment for the girls and their families!
