What is the Leadership Program and Worldwide Network for Girls?
This is a unique girls’ leadership program for girls/young women 12-19yrs old, tailored specifically to each participant’s needs. The focus of the program is for each girl to find her purpose, recognize her strengths, unlock her potential and use her unique abilities to make a difference in her world through service.

- · Marketing oneself and the importance of networking.
How does it work?
The Leadership Program is done through Skype or in person and participants receive leadership training for an hour/week for 4 weeks. Once the program is completed, each girl has the opportunity to become a member of the LNGB Worldwide Network – a support structure composed of a global community of girls and a group of international experts
What is the purpose of the Worldwide Network for Girls?
The Worldwide Leadership Network provides a support structure for girls who have completed the Leadership Program. Through linking with other graduates of the program and experts worldwide, girls are able to develop and test out new ideas to make a difference through service and continue living the principles of the program.
The Benefits of the Leadership Network:
- · Members have access to a free podcast every month – this podcast takes the form of an interview with an international expert about a specfic topic or theme.
- · Members receive an individual optional monthly coaching session of 15 minutes where they are free to discuss their challenges as well as their ideas.
- · Members are able to email us any questions they may have anytime and as often as they need to.
- · Members have access to a Facebook group where they can network with fellow members in different parts of the world as well as experts. www.facebook.com/leavenogirlbehind
What is the cost involved?
The Leadership Program costs U.S. $60 or R400 for girls inSouth Africa. Membership to the Worldwide Network for Girls is currently FREE. Girls can only be admitted to the network once they have completed the Leadership Program.
Who conducts the Leadership Program?
The Leadership Program is run by Haseena Patel – published author, girls’ empowerment coach, speaker, and co-founder of the Leave No Girl Behind movement. The monthly coaching sessions for members of the Worldwide Network will be done by Haseena and Shameema Patel.
What if I want to do the program but cannot afford it?
Perhaps you can talk to someone about sponsoring your program. Alternatively, please check with us to see if there is a sponsored program available.

Why girls? Why is the Leadership Program and Worldwide Network for girls in particular?
We believe that girls and boys should be given the same advantages. However we live in a world where girls specifically are disadvantaged in many ways. We firmly believe that the girls of this generation will determine the future of the world – they are the mothers of the next generation. What we all want is a world that is filled with peace, hope and people who are respectful of themselves, every other living being and the world they inhabit – a world community whose actions are caring, responsible and vision-oriented. The only way this is possible is if we educate, empower and mentor the girls of this generation
